So even though I can now get path like "//Server/Share/Textures/test.jpg" to work on my Mac. Mac use Forward slash "/" and Windows Backward Slash "\" ![]() This was until I realised a Major Flaw in my plan. The article strangely makes it overly complex and I was able to get it down to a VERY easy process. Now it’s possible to have scenes reference textures, Irr Maps (Vray) or more on a server and work no problem on both systems. The Obvious advantage of this is for people that have Mac and PC machines working together. Hey Guys, I was so Happy about this, I found an article explaining a way to “trick” Mac OS into mounting a network drive in a way that UNC path would work. ![]()
